Kindred Spirit & Girl Changing the World: Kate Collins

This week we’re mixing things up by combining our Girls Who Are Changing the World series with the new Kindred Spirits series to feature L I P’s world changing friend, Kate Collins.  Kate volunteers at a Southern New Jersey animal shelter, rescues animals from perilous situations, and is a full time nursing student.  During spring break, she traveled Guatemala to build ovens for families in villages.  I’ve known Kate her whole life – she is caring, loving, selfless, and determined.  Nothing gets in her way, she won’t give up on any of the animals in the shelter, and you can count on her for anything.  Kate is going places and on her way she’s making this world a better place. I love you Kate, thanks for being an awesome, world changing, rock star cousin and for all your support of the Love Infinitely Project!

One Match

I am new to the world of Love Infinitely; I stumbled upon it about a month ago through twitter and it warmed my heart. I love the thought of people living their life with a purpose, giving back, and having an honest joy to share with the world.Helping people, animals, and the environment to create a world of harmony is the most fulfilling life I could imagine.

Some of my favourite ventures have been small ones: visiting wildlife rescue centers to sponsor injured animals, cleaning up garbage on local hiking trails, and supporting advocacy programs for young adult cancer patients.However, when thinking about a cause that I am most passionate about, there is one that stands out the most, and of course, it comes with a story.

Kindred Spirits: Nicole Mathew

Now that we are officially 1 year old, we want to highlight some of the wonderful people who have supported us from the beginning.  We’ll be featuring a few amazing friends and find out why they were drawn to the project.

This week we meet super friend, Nicole Mathew from Indianapolis, Indiana.  She is a content Administrator & Marketing Assistant by day; Freelance editor/writer by night.

30 Days of Beauty

The 1st of every month always has me SUPER excited for one particular reason: the latest issue of Wild Sister Magazine comes out.  “Wild Sister is an online empowerment magazine for women who want inspiration, and who believe that by empowering women, we can change the world.“  Founded by our world changing friend, Jen Saunders, the magazine is my monthly dose of inspiration.  I go back to certain articles throughout the month as I need it.
