Hey Love Infinitely readers, Rachel here and I am so excited to announce that I am one of the Love Infinitely Project’s newest bloggers. When Love Infinitely Instagrammed their followers inquiring if they would be interested in writing for them, I jumped at the chance. This is an amazing organization and I have been rather captivated by them for quite some time.
I was first introduced to the Love Infinitely Project about a year and a half ago through Twitter. After checking out their website and reading their ‘About’ section I knew instantly this was an organization I wanted (read: had) to be a part of. Not only did they have the perfect logo, but the perfect mission: “The Love Infinitely Project is on a mission to help the world by encouraging people to use their natural talents to give back to the world.”
I followed Love Infinitely on Twitter then on Instagram and the day they followed me back on both I just about died. Then came the day when Love Infinitely and Love Leaders commented on my Instagram, and I died again. Then came the day when both followed my little sister, and I died yet again. Then came the day when I received an e-mail saying they would love for me to contribute articles to their blog on a regular basis and I cried. Could it be true? Could the organization I became enamored with be interested in what I have to say and want me to share my experiences with their readers?
Well, it is true. Here I am today writing my first article for Love Infinitely. It is truly an honor to be a part of this amazing organization and create my footprint in the world of change. I can only hope that through these articles and stories I can ignite the spark to become a part of this family in others.
Before we begin this journey together, I thought I would start by telling you a few facts about myself.
- Just this June I got engaged to my best friend and since that day everything in my life has fallen in to place.
- The summer before my sophomore year of college (shout out to my alma mater Le Moyne College, Go Dolphins!) my mother and I went on a two-week mission trip to Costa Rica.
- I am currently in my second year at Albany Law School where I am following in the footsteps of my mother and father.
- I am the Project Director of my school’s Anti-Human Trafficking pro bono legal project.
- Before commencing law school I worked as a paralegal and an administrative assistant at two law firms.
- My lucky number is six!
So grab on and hold tight, I’ll be back every month with glimpses into my volunteer experiences, pro bono work and anything and everything that inspires me to be the change I want to see in the world (My all time favorite quote from Gandhi!)
Be the change.

Rachel is a 27-year-old law student from Upstate New York who was born with the desire to help others. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Rachel headed off to law school in order to provide herself with the ability to help others in a way that they cannot help themselves. Whether she is acting out her position as Project Director of Albany Law School’s Anti-Human Trafficking Pro Bono Project or simply listening to someone’s story, her heart is open. When she is not at school studying about the rules of evidence or the rights of the child, she enjoys going camping with her fiancé Brennan and rambunctious Yorkie, Chip.
