New Year, New Directions & Changes (Part 1)

“You have exactly one life in which to do everything you’ll ever do. Act accordingly.”

~Colin Wright

Happy 2012! …Albeit 2 weeks late. I feel like I have been running a bit extra slow since I got back from the trip. I had so many plans and so much I wanted to do straight away when I got back but I haven’t been able to keep any thoughts straight in my head, or for very long. I didn’t anticipate just how tired I would be or how much reverse culture shock I would go through. It has taken me quite some time to adjust and get organized. (I may still have yet to completely unpack…)

I have been working though, mostly in the Love Infinitely Shop. The only thing I seem to want to do is design, create, draw, photograph or do anything artistic. Since nothing is holding my attention very much except pictures, colors and design, expect lots of fun things to be coming to the shop. Also design changes coming for Love Infinitely in general. Working on new looks for the website and more. Not to mention working hard on getting out all the orders.

Other than that, I mostly have been in retreat, getting my thoughts together for the future of Love Infinitely Project and taking things at a slow pace. There is still much more paperwork to do and there’s no need to rush anything. I will have some new features coming to the blog this month and Girls Who Are Changing the World will resume in February. In the next few weeks you’ll be hearing more details about the trip and how those experiences have reshaped the vision of LIP. Lots of exciting stuff in the works for this year and hopefully you’ll be hearing about all of the contributors intentions for the new year as well.

For now I am trying not to feel overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done and even though I feel like I am 2 weeks behind on everything, will continue to take it slow.

More soon…

    • Hi Linds!

You have no idea how much kind words like this mean to me/us. Especially right now as I am overwhelmed with so much to do upon my return. To hear your words, especially today, meant the whole world to me. Thank you so very much.

Heaps of love & gratitude to you.
